Gochu Pochu is a Korean food truck concept that showcases the unique culture of Korean side dishes. Its name is derived from a shortened form of gochujang, the Korean word for chili paste, and pojangmacha, which refers to a type of outdoor food stand or stall.

Una Fria uses flavors from unexpected places, choosing ingredients that highlight the Caribbean’s rich colorful history. The design takes inspiration from the indigenous cultures of the Dominican Republic. Paying homage to the moon goddess of the Taino, The largest population of indigenous people who used to reside in what is now known as the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands.
